Melanie is an Occupational Psychologist, NLP Master Practitioner who set up her business in 1991 (www.inspiretransformation.co. uk). She works with individuals, teams and managers helping them to manage their brains, mood, and mind to become more resilient and work more effectively together. Her first book Master Your Inner Critic was published in 2008. She believes passionately in practising what she preaches and is a living example of what neuroscientists say we can do: re-wire our brains. She has just written her second book: Happy Healthy Conflict: how to have difficult conversations at work and in life, which will be published in 2018.
