How does having a growth mindset help you succeed in both your personal and professional life?
In this talk you’ll find out how you can become aware of your own mindset and make it work for you.
I’ll also explain how mindset is linked with the triad system of self-esteem, confidence and resilience.
Furthermore, those of you with children in your lives, I’ll be suggesting four ways you can help them develop their own growth mindset.
Lynda Swan, Pulse Coaching
After working for the NHS, and from there on to a blue-chip company ‘GlaxoSmithKline’, Lynda moved to Oxfordshire and worked within smaller private companies and eventually Oxford University. Four years on she now runs her own coaching business, Pulse Coaching.
Lynda works to empower women who are struggling to see their way ahead in life or in their career and believes when women become the best version of themselves they become a torch bearer for their life and for those around them.
As well as coaching privately Lynda has worked with the organisation Response, mentored for Oxfam in a voluntary capacity and with teenagers moving from ‘A’ Level to University.
