There are so many different types of difficult conversations that need to be happen at work: with colleagues, team members, clients, customers and suppliers. Too often people either avoid having the conversation, creating bigger problems in the future, or handle them badly or seem to rely on mind reading and telepathy to communicate their points, leaving others feeling upset or confused.
Melanie Greene is an Occupational Psychologist, NLP Master Practitioner who set up her business in 1991 (www.inspiretransformation.co.uk). She works with individuals, teams and managers helping them to have difficult conversations in a constructive and timely manner. She has just written her second book: Happy Healthy Conflict: how to have difficult conversations at work and in life, which will be published in 2018.
Her first book Master Your Inner Critic was published in 2008. She believes passionately in practising what she preaches and is a living example of what neuroscientists say we can do: re-wire our brains.
