North Oxford Meeting (Wolvercote)
8th September @ 09:30 - 11:30| £5 - £17
Philosopher Karl Jung was the first person to explain that all of us are born with preferences which contribute to our behaviour: the kind of information we like, the way we make decisions, the way we see the world. Katharine Briggs and Isobel Myers built on the work of Jung to develop a framework that describes 8 core personality preferences and their 16 combinations – MBTI.
I am going to use that framework so that we can explore preferences, discuss how they can predict behaviour and how understanding preference can dramatically increase your capacity to influence in your business, in your home, in your community, in your world!
Whether you know a little or a lot about Myers Briggs, come along to this interactive session and see how it has the potential to impact on you and your life!
Jenny Gordon, Jenuine Consulting
Jenny uses her wealth of experience and background in health, learning and development and research to work with individuals, teams and organisations to help them become leaders worth following, at home, at work and in their communities.
Jenny’s preferences mean that she is at her best exploring with you where you are now. How you are most encouraged and what is causing you most challenge. Together, using the layers of your personality that affect your behaviour we identify your leadership tendencies (positive and negative) so that we can create a clear, compelling leadership vision for your future.
These bespoke packages and programmes help people believe, explore and change their lives forever, realising their true potential.
