South Oxford Meeting (Cumnor)

6th April @ 10:00 - 12:00

| £15 - £20

Why catching people being good is good for your business

We are all very good at noticing when people get things wrong and pointing those out, but how good are we at noticing when people are just steadily carrying on doing the right thing? How often do we recognise this?

Janice will talk about why we should recognise people doing the right thing, doing their job and how this can be good for your business.

Janice Morrison

With a history in Early Years education I am very aware that people learn best when they are relaxed and enjoying themselves. When I set up Thames Training, a first aid and health and safety training company, I was determined that all training we delivered would be done in a relaxed, fun way that teaches people the skills they need and gives them the confidence to use them. We deliver a wide range of courses for everyone from individuals to large companies.
