And when we remember that, and start to connect on a human level, we can locate our tribe, and build genuine relationships that last, helping to generate real loyalty to our brand and continued, sustainable success.
In this talk, Beccy will cover the principles of successful brand strategy, based on human truths and emotional benefit-led messaging. She’ll talk about how this can inform and improve not just your marketing, but all aspects of your business, helping you to grow and prosper for the long term.
After 15 years working in Client Services at some of the world’s best Advertising Agencies, Beccy set up her own consultancy in 2015 specialising in helping small businesses with their marketing needs – everything from brand strategy, copywriting and logo design, to website development and social media. But she soon found herself involved in broader conversations about the challenges her clients faced across their business. From finding new staff, to formulating a pricing strategy, or overhauling operations in preparation for growth, it soon became apparent that marketing was not the only thing her clients struggled to find time for, and that her skillset meant she was perfectly placed to help. So now, whilst her clients look after their customers, she shows their business a bit of TLC.
