Though her experience of working with people with substance abuse and mental health issues, study support and career guidance needs, family support work, business set-up, entrepreneur mentoring and returning to work guidance, Charlotte has realised 5 key factors that hold people back whatever their current life position.
Charlotte will talk about these factors and what steps we can take to get stuff done in our own lives.
Charlotte is a Psychologist, Life Coach and Massage Therapist with a wealth of experience in helping people from a range of walks of life get the best out of themselves.
Charlotte works with each coaching client on a 1:1 basis over an individualised series of meetings and occasionally on a one of basis.
Her current main focus is on working with small or new businesses who need to overcome some hurdles to set-up or to become more efficient in their time management.
Charlotte also runs a successful part-time business providing sports, remedial and holistic massage.
