An ability to perceive the world from the perspective of others is vital in creating good client relationships, as it helps us develop empathy and increase our behavioural resources.

It is also essential when dealing with the day to day running of our businesses. By switching between different perspectives, we can see both the detail and the bigger picture, which enables us to become solution-focused rather than problem-focused. This directly enhances our behavioural flexibility, thus enabling us to respond more effectively when everything goes pear shaped!

Kate Leafhead
I am a transformational coach, using a combination of NLP, hypnosis and Spectrum to help people overcome a range of issues, such as stress, phobias, sleep difficulties and communication problems.

I also help people to switch off their television sets and go and do something more interesting instead! I am a former lecturer and researcher in cognitive neuropsychology, specialising in delusions.

My passions are books, music and walking in the countryside with my four-legged chum, Basil.
