Bicester Meeting

24th October @ 10:00 - 12:00

| £15.00 - £20.00

This month our guest speaker is Julia Rands

How can a business blog benefit my marketing?

When your to-do list stretches out the door and writing doesn’t come naturally, why on earth should you spend the time creating and promoting a blog for your business?

I want to show you how diverting a little time and effort into sharing your story with your audience brings lots of benefits to your business. We’ll look at driving web traffic, converting visitors to fans, sharing your expertise and securing long-term exposure.

But how often should you publish a blog? For most sole traders or small businesses, blogging four times a week simply isn’t feasible, so let’s discuss what we can do with fewer blogs to maximise their impact and keep people coming back for more!

Julia Rands, Walnut PR & Communications

After 20 years or so, Julia fell out of love with the world of corporate communications but never fell out of love with words and what they can achieve. She created Walnut five years ago to follow her passion for using compelling words to support companies – building profiles and promoting products and services through powerful, persuasive online and print content.

Julia works with small and medium sized businesses across Oxfordshire and Northants to write and edit all kinds of written material, especially blogs, websites, social media, newsletters and emails. She keeps it fresh and original by creating content for businesses in different sectors, from financial services and health & safety to art workshops and fitness.
