When working with colleagues, with clients, with sub-contactors, or with teams, it is vital to be clear about what you want from them or they want from you.
Tony will be sharing the process he has designed, refined and used over many years to ensure the various parties involved in delivering “the goods” have the the same mental picture of what success looks like.
Because the process relies heavily on the involvement of the parties it results in high levels of ownership and commitment to what is subsequently planned.
Tony will be illustrating this short presentation with examples from his many years of experience in the UK, Europe and North Africa.
Tony has been involved in Training, Facilitation and Consultancy since 1973. Working initially in industry and then for a small consultancy company, he started Hendry Training & Consultancy in 1980. Hendry Performance Development Ltd was set up in 2006.
He designs and runs programmes of facilitation, consultancy and training, providing high quality responses to the needs of clients in the areas of Leadership, Performance Management and Development, Change Management, Communication and Team Development. These programmes are designed to achieve specific skills, knowledge and behaviour outcomes agreed with clients.
