This month we welcome Atreya Chaganty with a talk called:
Pricing to Succeed
As a business owner or leader have you ever wondered what is the right approach to pricing your products or services? Why do some companies charge so little while others are able to get away charging substantially more for seemingly similar offerings? We all have an intuitive sense of what pricing is but do we truly understand it?
Unfortunately like most important things in life, pricing is as much an art as it is science. Getting this balance right needs a concerted strategy, discipline and diligence.
In this session we will discuss how to think about pricing your products or services. We will deliberate the following to explore the importance of a well-defined pricing strategy:
1. Why is pricing a strategic element of your business?
2. What are the primary constituents of pricing and how do you control them?
3. Is there a method to getting pricing right?
