This month we welcome Alan Kennedy with a talk about building your sales funnel.
Alan has a lot of experience of building the sales funnel in a hard commercial environment (like today). He will give us his top tips on how to increase the number of leads, help leads become customers and customers become raving fans. It is ideal for any business that wants to grow, become more profitable and be choosy about the sort of clients they take on. He will include cases studies that demonstrate how to charge more than your competitors, how to make selling fun and how to make the sales processes efficient.
