About the Event

Running a small business is always busy, but it can be lonely at times too. Sometimes it would be great to feel part of a bigger team.

But joining a network can be difficult. They can demand a lot of your time, and the pressure to refer business can add to your workload.

At The Oxfordshire Project, we network differently. We focus on support and education, as well as business growth. We’re not about short term sales, we’re about building long term connections, because this is the route to sustainable success.

With our 7 different groups and 8 monthly meetings around Oxfordshire, we provide flexibility to suit your busy lives, variety to suit your enquiring minds, and a community of smart, like-minded people, to help you and your business grow.

This month we welcome Tara Mehmet with a talk called:

Bye Bye Burn Out

Taking the Stress out of the Bottom Line.

Learn secrets to rapidly release stress, calm the mind and create a more productive and energised working environment. Understand how energy affects us in more ways than we can imagine.

About this Event

"Burn -out is syndrome conceptualised as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed"

World Health Organisation

When we are under pressure and highly stressed without taking time to relax and calm the mind there can come a breaking point physically, psychologically or both.

So how do we avoid burnout, how do we increase the performance of the team and achieve business objectives faster whilst giving ourselves and the people working for us better opportunity for personal growth and work life balance?

Tara Mehmet has independently run highly pressured businesses and understands the importance of people firing on all cylinders, so will introduce a system that rapidly reduces stress, creating calmer more productive environments.

" A brilliant glimpse into the future of how the corporate world can improve efficiency, productivity and general well-being and peace of mind" ODD London

This talk will provide delegates with practical techniques to incorporate into their day.

There is so much never ending knowledge, so much to learn. Delegates are invited to come with an open mind!

About Tara

Tara’s journey into the world of healing came from a very different background.  She previously ran her own business in the music industry for several years, but felt her heart was being pulled in a different direction, more towards helping people feel better and at peace in themselves.

After receiving Pranic Healing treatments and seeing how quickly the long standing emotional issues could be resolved, and the profound results her father experienced with his blood pressure and heart problems, Tara took the opportunity to sell her business and train as a Pranic Healing Therapist.

Tara trained with two of the leading teachers: Les Flitcroft and Master Stephen Co and is a Pranic Healing Instructor under the leadership of Les Flitcroft, currently looking after Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Tara treats clients from her home in Bourne End, where she lives with her husband and three daughters.  Tara holds regular Twin Hearts meditation groups;  is Co founder of Empana a business bringing self development into Corporates ; runs workshops on Pranic Healing and Stress and Wellbeing and also facilitates Drop- in Pranic healing therapy clinics in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
