The smarter way to Network
Running a small business is always busy, but it can be lonely at times too. Sometimes it would be great to feel part of a bigger team.
But joining a network can be difficult. They can demand a lot of your time, and the pressure to refer business can add to your workload.
At The Oxfordshire Project, we network differently.
We focus on support and education, as well as business growth.
We’re not about short term sales, we’re about building long term connections, because this is the route to sustainable success.
With our 8 different groups and 9 monthly meetings around Oxfordshire, we provide flexibility to suit your busy lives, variety to suit your enquiring minds, and a community of smart, like-minded people, to help you and your business grow.
Our next event is...
We host over 90 open networking meetings each year, in 8 different locations around Oxfordshire, and you are welcome to join whichever meeting works for you, in any given month. Meetings are informal, enjoyable gatherings in which you’ll have time to catch up with other attendees, talk to the group about your business, and listen to an expert talk on a subject of interest.
Our aim is to provide a positive, supportive and inspiring platform, for small business owners to learn, collaborate, and of course grow their business for the long term. We also provide a range of benefits to our members, designed to give them access to the expertise their business needs.
Attending the meetings have been a great benefit. It’s inspiring to hear individuals talk about their own businesses and great to learn through the talks and through the individual benefits. Advice from a one-to- one social media consultation helped us to focus our efforts during a campaign which led to increased support and funds. Another has helped project plan activities and given us ways to plan for future events.
